Leeds Bradford Airport Transfers Terms & Conditions
Rates:
Inside Yorkshire the hire period begins when the car arrives at pickup point and ends at drop off point. Outside Yorkshire the hire period begins when the car leaves the garage and ends when the car returns to the garage, except where subject to specific quotations. Bank/public holidays 25% surcharge.
Vehicles:
We reserve the right to change any car booked as long as we provide the same standard of service as booked and also reserve the right to substitute the car. The Company reserves the right to sub contract to other companies should the need arise.
Invoices/Account Charges:
Invoices will be sent out on a weekly basis and payment is respectfully requested within 14 days.
Booking/Cancellation Charges:
All bookings must be paid in full before the hiring commences, unless otherwise agreed. Any extra hours will be settled at the end of the hire. When other terms are agreed their will be a £10 per car non-refundable booking/cancellation fee required. All bookings will be charged 100% if cancellation is 3 days before the date of the hire or 50% charge for 3-7 days before the date of the hire. All cancellations must be made by the person who booked the transfer by way of the e mail address it was booked from.Cancelations are only valid when you receive e mail confirmation from ourselves
No Smoking:
We reserve the right to adopt a no-smoking policy in our cars. This applies to both driver and passengers.
Passenger Behaviour:
We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone that causes disruption, or endangers our drivers or passengers.
Delays:
We do not accept liability for delays caused by unavoidable traffic delays/accidents, bad weather conditions, or delays caused by third parties such as ferry companies, hotels or any other third party contracted on your behalf.
Flights:
For flights delayed for more than 60 minutes-NO CHARGE there will be an additional £15 per hour waiting charge if you are delayed in customs after landing. Maximum waiting time for your chauffeur driven car is 2 hours. There will be no refunds for cancelled flights.
Responsibilities:
We hold public liability, motor and business insurance and are responsible for all our own cars and drivers.
We do not accept responsibility for any theft or damage to goods except where such theft or damage was a direct action by one of Leeds Bradford airport transfers employees.
We do not accept responsibility for bodily injury, sickness or death to any other person except where such injury, sickness or death is caused directly by one of Leeds Bradford airport transfers employees
